ART: I have been painting professionally for more than 30 years with exhibitions in Australia, Singapore, London and Art Basel Miami. My narrative figurative paintings within The Marisol series were finalists in major art competitions in Australia and London. With an eye for emerging talent for my personal art collection my instinctive and resourceful nature that has allowed me to also offer a global art sourcing and consultancy service upon request.
HOME: Following my very privileged experience of freelance designing for Paris based Pierre Frey Fabrics, and my love of textiles, in particular middle eastern ethnic designs, I established my own textile design business in 2017. Cashmere Turtle offers a capsule collection of modern traditional bohemian luxe fabrics and bespoke soft furnishings from upholstery to drapery specialising in hand-made silk lampshades and grand ‘Kit Kemp’ inspired bedheads.
INTERIORS: I founded my multi-disciplinary interiors and creative studio in Brighton, Melbourne in the late 80’s.. Since then I have completed projects throughout Australia and the USA for both residential and commercial clients with several years working on residential projects in Manhattan, New York. My aesthetic is eclectic and confident, specialising in adventurous combinations and innovative concepts using colour, texture and genres.
